Yes. An Internship Completion Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the full internship duration, subject to satisfactory performance, project submission, and compliance with all company policies. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the certificate not being issued.

Yes. Internships may be offered in a remote format depending on project requirements, departmental needs, and company policies in effect at the time of onboarding.

The internship duration is specified in the official offer letter issued to the selected candidate. Duration may vary based on role and program structure. Extensions or early terminations remain at the sole discretion of Athenura management.

Internship opportunities at Athenura are open to students currently enrolled in recognized educational institutions as well as fresh graduates seeking practical industry exposure and skill development.

Selection is based on multiple evaluation factors including academic background, relevant technical or professional skills, demonstrated interest in the domain, and current project requirements. Athenura reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

Yes. Each intern may be assigned a mentor or reporting supervisor responsible for providing guidance, monitoring progress, assigning tasks, and offering performance feedback throughout the internship period.

Interns are expected to:

• Participate in meetings and reviews

Interns may request early termination by submitting a formal written notice stating the reason. Approval is subject to management discretion and completion of all exit formalities, including task handover where applicable.
